You can take a look here but note the patch is old and may not work with version 3.x

Any word on implementing Case relationships for individual --> organization, so that cases can be assigned to an organization?

Thanks David, I will try to get them to do that, I think it would be a good deal for them overall, and a good addition to the core code.
