I get the exact same error message whenever I try to save a configuration of any contribution page.

My platform:
Joomla 1.0.13 ( upgraded from 1.0.12)
CiviCRM 1.7
PHP 5.1.6
MySQL 5.0.27

This is fixed in CiviCRM v1.8. Joomla 1.0.13 changed the admin session storage and broke CiviCRM v1.7
