suggestions for personal page

Hi everybody.
I have a site on Joomla 1.5. I have installed civicrm. I need to create a personal page for my clients, where they can watch their account information like banking balance, bonus information, partnership account balance and other number fields.
Also I need to receive payments from different payment systems, like visa, or bank checks.
Also I am interesting about Russian localization.  Have can I do that or where I can find it.

You can expose some "client" data using the built-in "Contact Dashboard" feature (and you can control which data shows up via Administer > Global Settings > Site Preferences).
