Thank you for your quick reply.

I am too busy currently and will not upgrade my CiviCRM in the near future. Once I upgrade it, I will upgrade my patch too and submit it to your Issue Tracker.

Image attached.  The error is no longer showing up now that I cleared my cache.  But there is no button on the page to actually remove the person from the group... Sort of creates a dead end?
Any suggestions? 
Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.

Is there a version for Removing permanently from group  for 4.1.1?
