Yep, sometimes it will be more than 100.
Let me know if you find that report code, that would be helpful (I find coding civi reports to be surprisingly difficult, but have managed it once or twice).
Any way you know of then getting it into a word document (with page-breaks intact - i.e. one page per contact)?

I did one page per contact - not into word format - into html with css controlling the page breaks.
