Can you switch your site to English (just to test) and then post here the exact error message?

Hi, I have the same problem.
I tested it also in the demo site and it gives the same error:

I'm connecting via a wifi router through a DSL connection.

in case it fixes your issue as it did for us, on irc kurund suggested

 regarding jquery failures, if you have jquery_update module, try disabling it ..

You can also revert the civicrm.module file

I don't have the jquery_update module. As for the other solution presented by Eileen, I'm not sure I understand what it does or how to do it  ;)
Do you think a fresh install of Drupal could do the trick? I'm beginning to suspect something has gone wrong with the D7 upgrade.

No, I think there is a bug with the German CiviCRM. Your initial error was:

datepicker.regional['de'] =
uncaught exception: Unexpected literal at position 2

and this thread http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php?topic=21755 has the same error.
