Contribution Summary Report Error

Received this when I copied the base report and changed the contribution type to membership dues and then flipped on the dashboard support, did change the name of the report as well.

Added to administrators ACL role

Warning: array_flip(): Can only flip STRING and INTEGER values! in DrupalDefaultEntityController->load() (line 178 of /var/www/alga_demo/includes/entity.inc).

A)  I moved administrators back out of the right hand list (I am assuming that the right is those granted and the left is those denied access to the report, might suggest a label there as it would good for context when administering (thanks) and the error went away.

B) New problem noticed, I can check the dashboard box to use as dashlet but when saving no new error introduced and the error above is for sure it's own since it can be replicated with or without this value checked.  When save completes the box does not remain checked.  Verified that it does appear in the dashlets list but cannot remove it when changing permissions.  Tried all 4 scenarios:

With A and With First Attempt at B
With A and With Second Attempt at B
Without A and With First Attempt at B
Without A and With Second Attempt at B

I now receive the original error when entering into the reports section at all times.

Oh this is also in 4.1 B2 not B3 so this all may have been fixed in the latest version.
