Re: Limit the number of related memberships

I am looking at an issue where a solution requires
Person A joins, specifies how many 'Additional Members' there should be - and pays for those.
This seems v similar to
"However, I would also like to allow for an additional charge option to add any other members over the limit.  Some companies would legitimately need more members in their membership.  Or, the scenario where you have say 3 levels of membership, with limits (4 member limit, 15 member limit, 50 member limit).  If a company just needed 5 or 6 members, you would like to be able to accommodate that by charging for the 5th and 6th member."

except that for our scenario the 'additional/inherited' members would be set to 0 for free

i realise this has moved a bit from the original post, but also seems like these suggestions might wrap up together in to a nice MIH if the variations can be provided via the UI eg
- when setting a Membership to Inherited allow configuration to specify a maximum number of 'free' inherited ones - and also specify a number of 'paid' ones for which a price is set
- on a membership form, if 'paid' extras are available then they may need to be provided via a special type of Price Set?
- how do we address how the Person A adds the additional people who should 'inherit' - do we try to do this on the Membership form, or point them off somewhere else (eg for Drupal i could see webform delivering this)
