No, I am talking only about the URL:

http://www.sitegoeshere.com/web/sites/all/modules/civicrm/bin/cron.php?name=blah&pass=blahblahblah&key=blahblah

That's the one you should run in the browser and also load via wget.

Whelp... I figured it out and I'm a retard  :P

Guess what it said...

"Sorry, unrecognized username or password."

Then I remembered, I had changed the password on the site and that was the flippin problem

However, i did learn quite a bit to help others in the future
