Minimum PHP Requirements in upgrade Wiki

The minimum requirements for CiviCRM 4.2 is PHP 5.3.x ...

shouldn't this line in the Joomla upgrade documentation:

PHP 5.3.x : CiviCRM 4.2 is also compatible with PHP 5.3 (more info...).

be changed to

PHP 5.3.x : CiviCRM 4.2 is incompatible with PHP 5.2.x (more info...).

And the more info link should link to something other than the page you're on, or removed.

I would assume the same needs to be done on the Drupal upgrade pages.
