You need to go back to the webform tab and edit the "existing contact" field for each employee and set it to autofill based on a relationship "employee" to contact 1.

I did that as well but I believe my issue is with the URl argument passing. I will reread the documentation and try to assemble this again. Any chance that if I can't figure it out that you would be willing to have a small help session for 10 minutes to help me understand what I am doing wrong. Happy to make a screencast of the results to help others if that incentivizes you at all. Thanks for the help thus far.
