I think sort name on individuals would be handy to.  Double barrel names, surname prefixes in different regions etc

Do you have a sense of the overall expected cost in $?  I will investigate whether a contribution is possible, but it would be helpful to know the overall cost to have that conversation.

Would your organizations be willing to chip in $500 - $1000 each?  Dave Greenberg estimates total project will be between $2000-3000.  It is more technically complex than I realized.  (see the prior link).
