pete - that's exactly what I was thinking about as far as the contact forms. I ended up creating one contact form using the CiviCRM tab in Webforms, and then making 4 more clones of that fieldset, and then using Webform Conditional with a select list to determine how many of those contact forms should be visible, depending on how many "household members" the user wants to add to the account. Seems to work so far, and of course leads to lots of other questions!

Researching, and will likely be posting in the other appropriate forms as I get stuck on certain parts... thanks again!
