Multi Page Dynamic Registration Form
March 28, 2013, 11:52:15 am
Has anyone achieved this?

We're looking to create a custom registration form that is visually attractive and takes people through steps of registration.
If someone chooses certain options, we'd like other options to show/hide (dependent fields).

Looks like this might be very hard to achieve.

Is there a proof of concept anywhere?

Thanks.

Maybe will help if you spell out your steps. One approach others have taken would be to use a Drupal Webform-civicrm form to provide a multipage interface before pushing them to civievent rego page if payment is required

OK,

What I need is to split

Participant Info - Page 1
Registration Options (field sets) - Page 2
Extra Fields - Page 3

Then I need dependent fields, so on page 2 if someone chooses "Package 1 -Registration", it would hide the other pages. That kind of thing.

If I use the Drupal Webform module, how can I collect costs in the beginning, then push them to civi event for payment? I've used this module before, but it seems to have nothing to do with payment.

You must use the mighty http://drupal.org/project/webform_civicrm which connects your Webform to CiviCRM. The user first fills out the entire Webform, and then is sent after to CiviCRM to pay.
