When Helen fixed this report, it worked, which means (for example) that if you ran it for all households and members of those households, the report included and totaled all the gifts made by a household and all its members. However, as this is incorporated in the core, when you run it, the report no longer includes households where the household itself hasn't made any contributions, even if the individual members have. Has anyone else noticed this?

Guy - I took a quick look at the patch and what's in 4.3 looks like it matches the patch. If you have a version of the History.php that 'works' - would be great if you could 'diff' against the version in 4.3.
