Tried digging in a bit to see if I could reschedule/restart the reminders.  Reset the reminder scheduler.  All processes ran again but still "Sent 0 renewal reminders." even though about 200 records matched the criteria for sending.

Any ideas out there?

Is this currently working for anyone using a date range?

Well, I wish I knew how but our problem appears to have been resolved.

Our renewal reminder is normally sent to about 1200 people each time it runs.  Assuming that was part of the problem, I recreated the reminder, breaking the reminders up into smaller chunks of about 200 people each.  I don't know if the fact that I created new reminders or that were smaller was the solution.  In either case, its working now.  I'd suggest anyone with the same problem, disable the original reminder and create a new one with the same date range and see if it solves the problem.

Ours is working now too, using CiviCRM 4.3.5. Not sure what changed, but it works! :)

I have got this issue too... I've solved it adding new reminders... No idea what's wrong with old ones ;-)
CiviCRM 4.5.3!!

Eileen - I'm not really sure.  The timing and circumstances of our install would align with that problem.  Also, it seems that setting new reminders would resolve it (in a workaround sort of way).  I'll see if I can dig through some of my older member records to see what has or hasn't fired.

NB we implemented that fix in 4.4.10 just now & people got a LOAD of inappropriate reminders which I'm now investigating - so check carefully
