Hi,

Just wanted to note that I have added some small tweaks to our codebase to log all incoming IPNs for paypal & authorize.net per Sarah's idea.

For paypal (& eventually for authorize.net) I have an api action to re-submit them if need be - https://github.com/fuzionnz/civicrm/blob/4.2-master/api/v3/NotificationLog.php


I don't have any short or medium term plans to try to get this into core - would be a good thing for a sprint
