Error type: Could not find a valid session key

I am using Drupal 6 and CiviCRM 4.3.5.

I just moved my site and upgraded CiviCRM. Now I find that the code I use to allow anonymous users to subscribe through a block is producing the following error:

Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
We can't load the requested web page. This page requires cookies to be enabled in your browser settings. Please check this setting and enable cookies (if they are not enabled). Then try again. If this error persists, contact the site adminstrator for assistance.

Site Administrators: This error may indicate that users are accessing this page using a domain or URL other than the configured Base URL. EXAMPLE: Base URL is http://example.org, but some users are accessing the page via http://www.example.org or a domain alias like http://myotherexample.org.

Error type: Could not find a valid session key.

I looked in both civicrm.settings.php and settings.php and the base URL is the same for both. I have verified that I do have a uid of 0 in my drupal database. I cleared both cache and cookies on my browser.

I've reviewed similar threads but found no solutions.

Any suggestions?

I presume of course that that is the precise URL you are using to access the site also of course.

Not sure what else--you could clear all cache tables in Drupal and CiviCRM, and CiviCRM template files and the Drupal sessions table (although that will kick out any logged in users) maybe those might help...
