Greetings all...

I'll start by saying that I just spent 10 min trying to figure out where this post belongs! I chose here since, for this project, I am using Wordpress.  Maybe a new "CiviSocial" section gets birthed out of this. (l'll let the admins decide that)

A topic which has been thought and talked about for a while in my Civi circles is the integration of social media - pulling in data from/posting data to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook (yikes!) and other platforms in and out of Civi. For the OpenOakland project which I am working on, several would love to be able to integrate some aspects of social media.  As a nondev, I have offered to post here to gather up to date information and future plans in this arena and to serve others who have similar aspirations.

If other threads exist (I could find none) or information how to do this integration now, please share!

I am open to hearing anything which relates to this topic here
