Both issues fixed (change icon to wrench and increase dialog size on small screens)

I just got a sense of deja vu -- working on a wireframe in Balsamiq, I wanted to put in a wrench icon to indicate a configurable dropdown, but I couldn't find one... it only supports pencil and gear.

There's a very good chance that we were using "pencil" because the mockup tool didn't allow us to use "wrench" when we broached the UX as part of the CiviHR design process.

@totten try installing the "BalsamiClue" extension to give features like the wrench, rope, lead pipe, etc. ;)
