rewrite all URLs

Hello,

I want to change any URL CiviCRM in drupal module specifically I want to replace the word "/ CiviCRM /" to "/ monOrganisation /"

eg  monsite.com/civicrm/admin?reset=1 by monsite.com/monOrganisation/admin?reset=1

ie across there monsite.com/civicrm becomes monsite.com/monOrganisation

there is "URL Alias" in drupal to change some URL, but it is not practical to change all URLs (almost 300 URLs).
