Attached is the file that contains my backported fix.  This is for version 2.0.5.

You will need to rename the file to Membership.php and place it in: CRM\Member\BAO

Be sure to make a backup copy of the existing Membership.php.

Drat... we are not quite ready to upgrade from 2.0.x but now with the latest patch it ruins this fix.

Reynog, do you happen to still be using 2.0.x and have another fix? Alternately if you could tell me what you fixed I can try to make the patch myself.

We plan to update to 2.1.x in a few months when we finally make the switch to Drupal 6.x

I just eyeballed the two files and only saw one block of code that looked different -- which looked like the patch that Reynog made, so I'm assuming this will continue to work in this latest security patched version of 2.0.x

I'm trying it now.
