I would like to extend the original question. What should I do if I need to specify also type of i.e. food which will be the guests eating on the event. Like - when I select 5 guests, I would like to fill out 5 additional textfields with type of food for them.
And the price would be 6 x fee (1 user who registers + 5 guests).

Using the "Register multiple participants" feature (available in 2.1) + creating a custom field "User For" = Participant and including that in a profile linked to your event - should handle your needs. Check this forum for more descriptions of both features.
