Resurfaced on 2.14?
January 20, 2009, 10:04:18 am
I am seeing this issue on Joomla 1.58 and Civi 2.14.  I saw a prior post which said that it was fixed in 2.1.

The link to fisheye http://fisheye.civicrm.org/browse/CiviCRM/trunk/CRM/Upgrade/TwoOne/Form/Step4.php?r1=16504&r2=16617 seems to show a path/folder "Form" which seems to be missing in my installation.

Thanks for any assist...I think I need to solve this one before I can see what the real error is.

Best,
Ken

The fix was later on moved to CRM/Upgrade/TwoOne/Form/Step1.php as part of improvement. So the same line (or fix) you should be able to see in Step1.php.

Not sure what could have triggered the same error again, but would recommend the same simple solution -

a quick fix for you would be -  create a file civicrm/templates/CRM/error.tpl which is a copy of civicrm/templates/CRM/common/fatal.tpl
( assuming you encountered this error - Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "CRM/error.tpl" )
