Ok,

Not sure I understand what "event require approve" means. Is there a configuration in the event to say that participants needs to be approved ?

I'm trying to use this syntax, based on what I found on templates/CRM/Event/Form/ParticipantConfirmMessage.tpl
http://osi.crm/civicrm/event/confirm?reset=1&participantId={participantid}

But it only offers to cancel the participation, event if I choose a participant that is pending.
Is there a way to offer both "Confirm participation" & "Cancel" ?

Also, in that page you only put information about the event, but none about the participant (eg name),  This is I am assuming simple to change and I'll change it.
