hi

i just notice that i also have no states drop down menu displayed. in overview it shows states, but when editing or creating a new contact i can only select country. i checked localization, but all countries and states are activated. recource url seems to be ok too.

originally i installed civicrm under /modules and moved it later to /sites/all/modules. might this be the source of the problem?

EDIT: Solved. I had disabled it under Adress Settings
