Re: Force Secure URLs throwing error when saved

I'm having this issue with CiviCRM 4.2.6 on WordPress. Having read some threads, I've got:
  • CIVICRM_UF_BASEURL and Resource URL both set to http://www.mydomain.org/
  • A working SSL cert as verified by my host and several web-based SSL checkers
  • A lock symbol in my browser when logged into a CiviCRM page
  • .htaccess rewrite rule set to send everything to URLs with the www. subdomain

When I attempt to switch to Force Secure URLs (SSL), the Apache log shows my request as a 302 and the server's reply as a 200. I'm thinking that those are the correct codes...

Is there a cache I need to clear or any other tips to get this working?

Any help here will be hugely appreciated.

Still struggling with this too.  Have the same settings, but without www and using secure login.  Keep getting occasional error on registration:
$Fatal Error Details = Array ( [message] => We can't load the requested web page. This page requires cookies to be enabled in your browser settings. Please check this setting and enable cookies (if they are not enabled). Then try again. If this error persists, contact the site adminstrator for assistance.

Site Administrators: This error may indicate that users are accessing this page using a domain or URL other than the configured Base URL. EXAMPLE: Base URL is http://example.org, but some users are accessing the page via http://www.example.org or a domain alias like http://myotherexample.org.

Error type: Could not find a valid session key.
