We have a fresh install of CIVICRM Latest Stable build and Drupal 6.13 with Godaddy hosting. Everything is running fine however when I click on the field "CiviEvent" to expand it I get this DB Error with Array:

DB Error: no such field

Hello Donald, after lunch i will log into the database and look for you.... Is there anything specific besides what you asked before on to look for as well?

Not sure how you got into that state (unless u ignored a few fatal errors when creating the custom group)

Your best bet would be to delete that custom group and recreate it again
