Layout on Contact Summary Screen for custom fields

The layout for multiple custom field groups on the Contact Summary screen looks a bit like "Tetris" if the left side field group has a different number of fields than the right side field group.   I think no matter how many fields are in a custom field group, the heights of the gray boxes should be equal for the right and left side.

I have attached a screen print of the "tetris" looking screen.
