3.0 documentation page
September 27, 2009, 09:47:38 pm
I'm new to CiviCRM and just installed version 3.0-beta5 on my Drupal 6.14 site. After installing, I had a problem with the Configuration Checklist page (I will try to find the right forum to post that issue). I went to the documentation page for the 3.0 version of CiviCrm (http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMUPCOMING/CiviCRM+Documentation) to try to find an answer.

While there, I registered for an account and after signing in I now have "Edit", "Add", and "Tools" options at the top of the page. I noticed at the bottom in the left-hand column the words "This documentation applies to CiviCRM version 2.2."

I tried to "Edit" the page, but my browser (IE8) apparently can't handle it. There was stuff all over my screen. But I am curious... should I (a new, unknown user) be able to edit the main documentation page?

Anyway, the main purpose of this message is just to report the line that says the page is for version 2.2.

Thx - I've updated the included snippet page so that it properly identifies that doc section as apply to v3.0.
