JQuery undefined after upgrade to 2.2.9
September 28, 2009, 10:34:36 am
I recently upgraded CiviCRM to 2.2.9 and I get the following pages errors which breaks some of the icons and buttons.  I installed JQuery UI and JQuery Update on drupal but that did not fix it.  I was at 2.2.2 and then I upgraded to each version after that separately (as I was not sure if I could just jump to 2.2.9, documentation was unclear).  I went to the CiviCRM demo site and I had no page errors viewing that.  I have only one civicrm folder in my modules folder and the only other copy (2.2.2) I have is on my desktop.

Please help as this is making routine updates very cumbersome.  It also slows down CiviCRM a lot.

Solved.

I had to delete the template_c folder (under \default\files\civicrm) and delete the Config.IDS.ini in the Upload folder (same directory) then go the http://<yoursite>/civicrm/admin/setting/updateConfigBackend?reset=1 and make sure your site address is correct.  In my case localhost did not work so I entered our specific site address.
