Make Calendar Icons more meaningful

Its wonderful that you can add an event to your calendar - but that is not very intuitive.  We've changed the [31] icon to "Add to your Outlook Calendar".  Perhaps t would be more helpful to explain how ICal can be used than just giving the Icon (google calendar, etc.)

Seems like a good idea to change the mouse-over tooltip in the '31' (calendar date) icon to something like:

"Add this event to your calendar"

The current message seems obtuse:

"Download iCalendar entry for this event."
