some quick and (hopefully easy) Civicrm consulting!

This is what I need, by Saturday.

Civicrm 2.07, Drupal 5.20. Test site will hopefully be up and going by the end of the day.

1) Instruction (Word or similar document is ideal) on the best way to
a) import my members from an access database into Civicrm and create Civicrm memberships (several different types)
b) Create Drupal accounts for each of these individuals (Civimember role sync is already set up: I can install user import if that is necessary?) except where they don't have an email account and sync.
c) Send each individual their login information by email (I think there will be about 600 people but not all will have email addresses)
-I would need to do a "dry run" using some test data on the test site: you could participate in the dry run if that makes things easier.

2. A quick check of my configuration (at the test site), including: role sync is working as intended, membership sign up is working as intended, any necessary security precautions have been taken, anything else that is glaring.

3. I have created a membership directory following the instructions here:
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Creating+a+website+member+directory

I need that directory to be visible to logged in users only. But when I restrict Profile Listings and Forms from anonymous, then the membership signup is no longer available unless logged in. I think I probably need to use the ACL features but I don't understand them.

4. When I try to import a Civicrm database, I generally get the "foreign key" error. I want to know how to move the test site to the live site, hopefully avoiding that problem (or any other typical Civicrm problems). There is currently an installation on the live site, but all data can be overwritten as it just has some old symposium data (which I will be deleting).

If you are available, please send me your price and also one or 2 sites you've worked on or a bit of a bio.

Thanks!
