WINGS is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Guatemala, where we provide reproductive health education and services. WINGS currently uses a single-system donor database called Ebase Pro 212 (created with File Maker Pro 6).   We obtained this free database via download from the web but want to upgrade to an online service and believe CiviCRM will meet our needs.

We have roughly 1600 contacts, 2135 log items, and 16 log codes.
Some features we require include:
Record Foundation, individual donor and administrative contacts. We want to set alarms when foundation appeals and reports are due etc., record important meetings, correspondence notes.
We need to record donations for all contacts, method of payment, appeal code, whether thank you letter sent etc.
Quick contact search and individual desk top ability.
