How do you process Premiums?

I can't find where you manage Premium fulfillment. We have donation levels that offer a shirt or a hat etc. for a certain donation amount, how do I trigger an email to our shipping dept. when  a donation is made with a premium selected, and then mark the premium as 'shipped'?

we dont have any premium fulfillment process as yet. You can trigger the email to the shipping dept via a hook on the confirm form. You'll need to manage what items you shipped and when in a separate table (maybe a custom group table exending contributions?)
