changing language of reCAPTCHA

I started using reCAPTCHA for our site. The widget is in english. I saw on the recaptcha site that there is a dutch version included but i don't know how to set this option for reCAPTCHA in civicrm

u might want to check the reCAPTCHA api and see what needs to be changed to request a dutch version.

Once you have that info, you can patch the code and submit the patch back to be included in core
