creating payment processor plugin

I have my payment processor up and running. I have my asp web page communicate with the payment processor and get its all working.
Now, I want to access that web page (through which I can initiate payment) from civiCRM. As per the document in
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Creating+Additional+Payment+Processor+Plugins
I understand that we need to choose the billingid and for my case, I'll get the credit card details on my secured web page. So that narrows me down to the button mode.

1. But I read in that document(Under write your processor), that depending upon my billing mode I need to consider building my payment processor. I already have a processor, so will the button mode be feasible for me?

2. Also, it is said that the file should be placed in a directory. Is that file my actual processor?
