The HTML for Profiles in 'My Account' was being properly generated, but civicrm\css\civicrm.css had a line #panel, .panel { display: none; } that hid it from view.

Since CiviCRM 2.0 didn't have this CSS line, I added my own class 'panel' to my Profiles. And after the upgrade, the Profiles "disappeared" because of this extra line of CSS.

dLobo is looking into the CSS. It may be AJAX related. Should be fixed for 3.0.2.

The style for #panel should have been scoped to #crm-container like most of our other style declarations. This has been fixed for 3.0.2:

Adastra - hopefully this fixes things for you since our crm-container div is only around the profile fields table.
