I like the "Dashboard" pages for each module. It's like a starting point for each module. Contributions, Membership, Events, Pledges all have one. But Mailings doesn't. Instead it has "Draft", "Scheduled", and "Archives" menu links. I think it would be a good idea to combine these three pages into a Mailings Dashboard page? That would keep things a bit more consistent.

Also, Reports doesn't have a dashboard. Instead it has "Reports Listing" which is sort of like a dashboard.

I'm using CiviCRM 3.0
