Event Column is blank - » Event Participant Report (List)
October 07, 2009, 11:36:30 am
Hi all,

When I run an » Event Participant Report (List) report, the Event column comes up blank fields.  The persons that have attended events indeed show up - multiple times if they have multiple attendances.  Their individuals, when looking at their event attendance, show the event names no problem.

Any ideas will be gratefully received.

Best,

-J

Can you update your profile - it shows unsupported versions of PHP, and Drupal and no CiviCRM version.

Do you see your Events listed in the Report Criteria >> Filters >> Events select box? What happens if you pick just one event?

Hmm - not sure why the Event filter is missing for you. I would upgrade to the latest 2.2.9 or ideally to 3.0.1 and see if that resolves things.

Is there an upgrade script associated to going to 2.2.9 or 3.0?  I have an international audience for this website composed primarily of world leaders in clinical trial methodology.  "Monkeying around" with the site until it starts working again is looked upon with more than the usual scorn.*  WordPress is perhaps 'The King' of simplicity in this regard, and I regard it as the touchstone for upgrading of any online system designed to provide commercial-grade management of customer data and information.  Affecting my attitude just now is the newly completed (and extraordinarily painful) migration to CiviCRM, dumping Drupal as the membership/content access backend.

*No complaint or criticism is contained in the above remarks: only a brutally condensed assessment of my situation, which I understand to be my problem, and no one elses.  -jmc

POST UPDATE: I am now reviewing the instructions found at: http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Upgrade+Drupal+Sites+to+3.
