I'm looking to develop a website which will use CiviCrm as the foundation.  I'm looking to develop 2 modules to plug into the latest version of CiviCrm which have been developed and are out there somewhere.

1) Corporate Banner Import + Automatic Billing - To allow a user to upload their corporate banner and then to fix it to a particular event in CiviCrm and then to automatically bill the corporation via credit card or PayPal.

2) User rating system - to plug in a user rating system similar to the one found on Amazon.com site that is used per item (for example, 5 star rating plus comments per book or other item).
