Certain Buttons Don't Work (Mailing: Add Attachment, Import: Add Tags, Groups)

Hello, it was great to meet some developers in San Francisco at the meetup.  I'm a new user and was impressed with the knowledge of the developers.  very friendly and accessible.  I recommend others attend meetups in their city if available.

Here's my problem.  I cannot get certain hidden div elements to show when I click on respective buttons.

As an example, when I click on plus + icon in "Add Attachment(s)" in the "CiviMail > Mail Content" nothing happens.  It should expand and show me an input field to browse and add files.  It doesn't.  Here's the link URL that I get:

I'm on Mac OS 10.5.8, running latest versions of Safari and Firefox, Joomla 1.5.14, PHP 5.2.10, CiviCRM 3.0.0.   Here's the catch, when I run the 3.0 demo of CiviCRM at http://joomla.demo.civicrm.org/ it works!

I'm not sure how to proceed troubleshooting.  If this isn't a browser issue, what else could it be?  Something in the way my server is configured?  Advice and direction appreciated.

When you are using firefox, can you check if you get any errors in Error Console? Also is this fresh or upgraded install of CiviCRM ?

Hi, Kurund.  Yes, this is a fresh install.  After browsing through the forum (I didn't know what keywords to use to find help) I found some leads with the Resource URLs.

To compound problems, my webhost just went down so I'll have to wait to finish my troubleshooting.  I'll check the errors and post.

I'm not getting any errors in my Firefox error console.  I do however get tons of warnings dropped css declarations.  Some examples

I hope for accessing CivCRM you are using http://legacythroughgiving.org/ and not http://www.legacythroughgiving.org/. If problem persist ping us on #civicrm irc channel.
