Issue with Google Payments

Google payments is throwing the following error when trying to communicate with CiviCRM after the sale:

We encountered an error trying to access your server at https://www.lawraonline.com/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/extern/googleNotify.php -- the error we got is: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

The data being posted from Google to CiviCRM is:

I never realized this would be so complicated! I'm in day 3 of configuring Google Payments now. Can anyone help?

I don't think that Google Checkout supports your certificate. StartCom is not in the list of supported CA - http://checkout.google.com/support/sell/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=57856

Also, I'm not sure that it is wise to post your unedited xml here for security reasons.
