I've been preparing a CiviContribute 3.0 install for deployment. The current install has a lot of test transactions that would be nice to delete.

How do delete contributions? I went into Find Contributions via the Contributions Dashboard, and the drop down menu does not have an option for deletion?

Is this a bug or a feature?

Also, if it _is_ possible, where do I need to go do this in the UI?

I suppose I could delete them using a drush script or by goosing the database, but if the UI can do, why bother?

hi,
to delete test contribution records,

I would like to do :

1. Find Test Contribution Records :
go to 'Find Contribution' => select check box "Find Test Contributions?" => hit Search,
search result will give you all test contribution records.

2. Now you can delete one by one or as a batch.
check Delete action link for each record on the right side, or select all records those u want to delete and click on "-more actions-" select "Delete Contributions"

Also we introduced delete permissions in CiviCRM v3.0 so you might want to check related permissions.
