Source of names for the State/Province dropdown

One of our testers noticed that the names for the United Kingdom include all the names of the London boroughs, which is not usual practice in addressing mail there. I've also noticed that the names used for Vietnam are a bit strange. For example: Ho Chi Minh City appears as Ho Chi Minh, thanh pho (Saigon). "thanh pho" is Vietnamese for city and Saigon is just one district within Ho Chi Minh City.

How is it possible to suggest corrections or updates. Would JIRA be the best way?

In general, we use ISO 3166-2 for the province list – but we’re more than happy to accept fixes from actual users. :)

And you’re right, the best way would be to open an issue in issue tracker.
