Notice from the Location API

When using the location API loading new households I get this message:

Undefined variable: firstBlockCount in C:\wamp\www\speeltuin\sites\all\modules\civicrm\api\v2\Location.php on line 732
Any ideas on what causes this?

hmmmm sounds like I'll be upgrading pretty soon  ;)
It looks though as if I can still use the Location API, am I correct or taking irresponsible chances?
