How much time does civiSMTP takes to answer.

Hi to whom ever read this,

I send a request to use civiSMTP since thursday 15-oct, but I haven't have any answer.

How long do they approximate take to answer

Hello,
Did you use this email address? civismtp@uas.coop. If so you will probably hear back soon but if you are in a rush I would suggest sending another email.

Hi,  The only account application we received on the 15th was for http://www.reportebrainmedia.com/

If that is you, we sent an email on Thursday asking to setup a conference call with you.  We sent the email to the email address in the application. Please let us know who you are and we can move forward. 

If you are from http://www.reportebrainmedia.com/, the we need to get on the phone and chat about your needs.

Hi,
I put an application through this morning and didn't realise it could take a long time to have it all set up, how long is it likely to take considering the Christmas break? Our office will be closed until January but we would really need it asap then...

it usually takes us 2-3 days and up to 1 week to do the initial processing and approval of the application. Then we send you an invoice for the initial charge. As soon as you make the payment we set up your CiviSMTP account and send you the details usually on the same day or the day after depending on the time of the day you made the payment.

During the holidays the initial processing may take longer.

CiviSMTP is resuming full operations on Monday, December 27 until Thursday December 31 and then we're back from holidays on Monday Jan 4.

so you can expect the initial invoice early next week and if you make the payment by Thursday then you will get you account details next week.

Hello,

I sent in an application about a week ago and have not heard anything back yet.  I understand the volunteer nature of CiviSMTP, and am certainly willing to exercise patience, but want to make sure I am not a fools errand.  A confirmation of receipt of application would be reassuring.  I'd hate to patiently wait for vetting of an application that is lost in the ethers....
