Experiences upgrading Drupal 5/CiviCRM 2.0 to Drupal 6/CiviCRM 2.2

I just completed an upgrade from Drupal 5 with CiviCRM 2.0 to Drupal 6 with CiviCRM 2.2 on a site with multisite hosting. I posted my experiences at http://groups.drupal.org/node/30140 with hopes they might help someone else.

Now I'm ready to try 3.0.
