Ticketing system

We are using Civi for our CRM system

1) We would like to add a ticketing system that integrates well with Civi. (add tickets to existing records)
2) We want two classes of tickets; sales tickets, and support tickets.
3) We want end users to be able to create their own tickets in either class.
4) We would like to be able to create custom fields in the ticket input screen.

Anything jump to mind?

Using custom activities.

For the end users, you might have to write custom code that uses the api, eg. if you want to implement a different UI and ACL.
