Rejection for an event

i can add a new particpant status, such as "rejected" the reason i am doing this, is to be able to register for an event, but needs an aproval to be able to attend the event.  if i am going to change the status from registerd to "rejected" can i have a another field to say "reason: " to explain why the person was rejected.  this way it will show up on the event history of the perosn.  somtimes its because it was "age" sometimes its the "location" etc.

You can use a custom field for the below. Or better yet, you can write the reason in the notes field for the participant

i geuss the notes would be better, otherwise you would need to create a cusom field for each event
